2014 — Design, approval, pre-construction works: the boiler facility, construction camp, water supply facility, water treatment facility
I quarter 2015 — active construction phase, engineering works
II quarter 2016 — completion of the first phase of the project
III quarter 2017 — completion of the second phase
The Class A warehouse complex is designed for sale of building facilities to the end users, investment institutions and rent of spaces from 3,000 sq.m.
