Vnukovo Logistics Center is a new complex of offices and warehouses in operation since 2012. It is situated south-westwards the Moscow region, 17 km away from Moscow Ring Highway along Borovskoye or Kievskoye highway and comprises six warehouse units located in the area of over 12 ha.
The total area of the office and warehouse complex is 65 thousand sq. m of which about 10 thousand sq. m are designated for offices. Warehouses of the complex belong to A class, and offices are finished according to premium standards.
The complex is equipped with all the necessary utilities with the developed area around. Entry and exit to/from the site is envisaged through checkpoints equipped with automatic barriers and monitored by means of video surveillance; there is a central management system for all the life support facilities.
The complex has its own waste treatment facilities and water supply facility with an artesian well. There are parking lots for guest cars outside the complex area.
